ARCANGELO at the Museo Enrico Butti

“The mystery of a ‘bold’ painting perceived as gentle; one that provides solace and brings comfort.”

This is how Roberto Gramiccia describes the work of ARCANGELO, the artist at the center of the monographic exhibition “Arcangelo, Pittore Ulissico” which will be inaugurated at the Museo Butti | Contemporanea on Sunday, March 17, starting at 11:00 am, curated by the conservator Veronica Zanardi.

Thirteen artworks trace the multifaceted activity of the artist, verses of a poetry that emerge from the canvas like musical notes traveling from one continent to another, from one dimension to another – even anthroposophical – without hesitation, without fear.

The exhibition runs through May 19, 2024.
