Danse Macabre is an ambassador project by the BeMA (Beirut Museum of Art), in collaboration with Galerie Tanit Beyrouth/Munich, Mina Image Center and Frequent Defect.

Abed Al Kadiri’s project continues with “The Heart: a Red Circle”, a happening at Frequent Defect on March 9th. As part of his exhibition, “Danse Macabre – From urban perils to raving revelry,” we are organizing a rave performance*, inviting you to join us on the dancefloor and collectively create a new artwork.

Doors swing open at 10 pm, with the performance* taking place between midnight and 3 am. The party will continue until the break of dawn at 7 am.

We’ve curated an exciting lineup spanning diverse music genres to keep you grooving:
•⁠ ⁠Chady Younes aka DKRN (10-12)
•⁠ ⁠june as (12 – 3)
•⁠ ⁠Renata (3-5)
•⁠ ⁠DAO (5-7)

Tickets at the door will be priced at $10, a modest contribution supporting the venue graciously hosting us. Bring along your friends and join us.

This experience is in collaboration with Frequent Defect, in the framework of The Beirut Museum of Art’s Ambassador project.
